Publish to figshare with Overleaf (formerly WriteLaTeX)
We're delighted to announce that as of today you can now publish your Overleaf projects directly to figshare!
This is part of our drive to help improve open science and open access to research; figshare is designed to allow researchers and students to publish all of their research outputs in an easily citable, sharable and discoverable manner.
To publish your work to figshare, simply open the 'publish' menu in the Overleaf editor and click the link to 'Share PDF on figshare', as shown below.
You'll need to sign in to figshare (or create an account for free if you don't already have one). Once you've connected your Overleaf account to your figshare account, you can publish your documents on figshare with one click; they'll stay private on figshare until you choose to make them public. Then you can start getting credit for all your hours of work, and help others discover you and your research.
For more information about figshare, visit their about us page, or get started by linking your Overleaf and figshare accounts via your settings page.
