The electrical energy from renewables in Algeria contributed about 3.4\% (280 MW) in 2008 of a total power of 8.1 GWe and will reach 5\% by the year 2017 according to the Algerian Electricity and Gas Regulation Commission (CREG). The country’s target is reaching 40\% by 2030. The geothermal resources in Algeria are of low-enthalpy type. Most of these geothermal resources are located in the north of the country and generate a heat discharge of 240 MWt.
Gesture recognition and its implementation that support Human Computer systems are becoming very popular mode of interaction now a days. It allows to interfacing the man machine commutative information flow naturally. Vision based gesture recognition has the potential that can provide intuitive and effective interaction between man and machine. However there are not adequate tools and techniques that support for developing, detecting or executing these tasks. In this paper we will implement a prototype that facilitates recording data during building some action based activities captured by the Kinect sensor. We analyze those recorded clips and visualize the user interactions by recognition the gestures objects based on depth, IR and skeletal data. Kinect tools include an analysis feature, a time-line-based approach that manually or automatically can mark the recording sequences of clips. We will implement both discrete and continuous gestures by using AdaBoast machine learning approach to detect hands activities. Our result suggest that the learning mechanism can achieve more than 98% of confidence level of given gestures.

In this lab we will convert solid magnesium to solid magnesium oxide. We intend to confirm the formula of our product by comparing the experimental and theoretical percent magnesium along with the experimental and theoretical mass produced of magnesium oxide.

This thesis looks at motivational forces between work, development and responsibility. Especially the factors self-actualization and altruism. A narrative literature review is combined with a survey study to identify related findings and trends in literature and how these match the contemporary society and people's beliefs. It is found that the economic view of man as being uttermost selfish, is reflected in peoples' views of work-motivation, and even in people's view of 'the will to help'. However, this view of man cannot be motivated by recent psychological findings, and neither is it as visible when asking survey-participants more self-reflecting questions. The conclusion is that altruism is, for some reason, hidden away, but is an intrinsic part of human motivation. It is also hypothesized that a society which guarantees every citizen a basic salary, or other types of basic rights, with no counter performance required in return, can use higher motivational needs such as self-actualization and altruism to motivate a more prosocial and more creative work-force. \emph{keywords: altruism, motivation, volunteering, effectivity, responsibility}
